"Boliviana"

Boliviana posed an interesting challenge as a ghost kitchen without a dining area to shoot in. I took the fresh products and did a home shoot. It was hard to make the dishes presentable because the beauty of Salteñas and cuñapés is on the inside. This was an opportunity to apply my food styling experience and have full creative freedom.
